Terms of Sale

These terms apply to wholesale wine and spirits orders placed with Specialty Cellars through this catalog, email or an approved billing account.

Licensed buyers only

The catalog is for ABC-licensed restaurants, retailers and other authorized trade accounts. Opening an account, seeing a price or adding a case to cart does not create an obligation to sell. Specialty Cellars may refuse, delay or cancel any order after license, credit and inventory review.

Account and payment

Approved orders are billed through Wholesail or FinTech, not by card on the storefront checkout screen. Checkout records a preference. Payment methods, credit limits, card costs and terms are those of the approved account. FinTech Enable Auto-ACH, when used, is scheduled 30 days from delivery, not 30 days from order placement.

Pricing and quantity

Published prices are wholesale, per bottle, in 12-bottle cases. Mix and match across brands toward volume discounts and the $450 wine merchandise minimum. California CRV and the small-order surcharge are additional.
