Specialty Cellars collects business information to review licenses, fulfill wholesale orders and bill approved accounts.

What we collect

• Account and license details submitted through Account Setup, Wholesail or FinTech
• Order, delivery and invoice records
• Contact form messages
• Storefront cookies needed to operate the catalog

How we use it

We use this information to verify ABC-licensed trade status, process orders, arrange delivery, collect payment, and respond to account, availability and damage questions. Payment credentials are handled by Wholesail or FinTech, not stored on the wine storefront checkout form.
